·  If the spooler is set as manual then click on the drop-down menu to change it.  

·  Tap on the start button and wait for few minutes until windows starts the spooler service.

·  Once it completes the spooler service, click on the Apply button and verify the changes.

Deselect use printer offline option:

·  After pressing windows key choose devices and printers from this start menu

·  Right-click on the printer and from the pop-up menu choose “See what’s printing”
