SIgn into your LinkedIn account.

Go to the LinkedIn applications directory at http://www.linkedin.com/static?key=application_directory.

Select the WordPress LinkedIn application.

Read the terms of use and all the other legal stuff, then click on "display on profile" or "display on homepage". Both options can be selected to showcase your WordPress blog post.

Enter your WordPress blog's RSS url address. Most blogs have a RSS url such as http://yourblogdomain.com/feed

Decide whether you want to show all your posts from your blog or only posts tagged "linkedin" and check the appropriate box and click "save".

Take a look at your LinkedIn profile and/or homepage to see your blog posts!
