Start at the library's website, http://www.chelmsfordlibrary.org and click the My Account link in the upper-left corner (or, you can start right at the catalog at http://www.chelmsfordlibrary.org/catalog and click the "My Account" link at the bottom right)

Enter your library barcode number (from the back of your library card, with no spaces or dashes), and also your PIN (which is usually the last four digits of your phone number), then click the Login button.

Now you've logged into your account. Use the tabs along the top of your screen to see what you've got checked out, the items you have on hold, edit your bookbags, or change your account preferences. If you have any questions, please contact the library at askus@mvlc.org or 978-256-5521.
