Square Enix Cancels Development of Kingdom Hearts Missing-Link

The project faced delays previously, with an announcement in November 2024 that postponed its release without a new timeframe. This update was followed by the recent decision to cease development entirely.
As attention shifts to Kingdom Hearts 4, it remains one of Square Enix’s significant upcoming releases within the franchise. Unveiled back in 2022, the game is being designed using the cutting-edge Unreal Engine 5.
