Arrive AI Announces Third Quarter 2025 Results, Continued Momentum on Strategic and Operating Milestones

INDIANAPOLIS — November 14, 2025 — Arrive AI (NASDAQ: ARAI), the autonomous delivery network behind the patented, AI-powered Arrive Points, reported third-quarter 2025 results and detailed progress across hiring, healthcare automation, partnerships, and intellectual property.

Q3 2025 Highlights

  • Team expansion: Nearly 30 new hires in the quarter; on track for approximately 60 additions by year-end across AI, software, and product engineering.
  • Healthcare automation milestone: In phase one at Hancock Health, Arrive AI installed and began testing a robotic delivery system that the company describes as the first fully asynchronous robotic automation for medical deliveries operating inside a hospital. The deployment is focused on biospecimens, lab samples, and medications. Phase two plans to connect 29 satellite sites to the main lab via drone.
  • Partnerships and global expansion: Expanded its international module deployment with Skye Air Mobility in India and signed new agreements with Synoptek and Ottonomy.
  • IP leadership: Won protection from the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office for its ninth Arrive Point patent, designed to harden devices against tampering and weather. The patent extends CEO Dan O’Toole’s foundational smart mailbox docking station IP to cover drones, robots, and human couriers.
  • Product development: Integrating AI-driven Time-of-Flight (ToF) sensors into the current Arrive Point (AP3) to improve pickup efficiency, reduce energy consumption, and enhance analytics.

Financial Results (Q3 2025)

  • Revenue: $7,450. Recurring subscription revenue increased, aided by two additional Arrive Points entering service. Management expects quarter-to-quarter variability as customer deployments are secured and ramped.
  • Net loss: $2.2 million, versus a loss of $0.8 million in Q3 2024. Operating expenses were approximately $1 million below plan due to disciplined cost control while continuing to invest for growth.
  • Cash and short-term liquid investments: $2.7 million at quarter-end, up $2.1 million from the prior quarter. The company received proceeds from a $4 million capital line in August; nearly all of the facility remains available for future initiatives.

Executive Commentary

“During the third quarter, we made solid progress along our 2025 strategic and operating roadmap, building out our talent pool, completing phase one work with Hancock Health, and broadening our roster of strategic partnerships,” said Arrive AI CEO Dan O’Toole. “These are important steps forward along our value-creation strategy. We aren’t simply building a product at Arrive AI. We are building a system that has the potential to solve a $440 billion infrastructure problem in the last inch and drives measurable returns by reducing carrier operating costs and eliminating failed deliveries.”

O’Toole added, “We look forward to coming changes in the U.S. regulatory environment that enable autonomous operations, particularly following the FAA’s proposed Beyond Visual Line of Sight (BVLOS) rule and Governor Braun’s Indiana Initiative for Drone Dominance Task Force. Arrive AI’s platform enables full chain-of-custody, tracking every delivery from arrival through authenticated retrieval, and our Arrive Points are equipped with climate-assist technology for sensitive goods like pharmaceuticals and grocery items, and they integrate with smart home and smart city systems. Collectively, these components form the nervous system of autonomous logistics, one that ensures packages arrive securely, intelligently and precisely where they’re needed, with the intention of operating within coming regulatory standards.”

The company reiterated its strategy of disciplined, intelligent growth and a scalable, defensible model for the long term, with near-term emphasis on four priority areas. “We are approaching several potential catalysts and, as we execute our strategic growth plan, are focused on initiatives we believe can enhance long-term shareholder value,” O’Toole said.
