Pressmaster DMCC: SalesRook Partners with Relocation Agent Network to Deploy AI Technology Across 90+ UK Estate Agencies

London, UK — SalesRook has entered a strategic partnership with the Relocation Agent Network (RAN) to roll out subsidised AI-driven lead qualification across more than 90 independent estate agencies nationwide. Formalised in November 2025, the agreement is valued at roughly £8,000 per year per member office and is designed to accelerate AI adoption while unlocking new referral revenue streams across the network.

From Pilot to National Rollout

The tie-up follows a pilot with RAN member Michael Poole Estate Agents that showcased the impact of systematic, AI-led enquiry handling. Key outcomes from the trial include:

  • Off-patch referrals increased tenfold, from 18 annually to 206.
  • 97 total instructions generated, delivering approximately £120,000 in commission revenue.
  • More than 3,000 enquiries processed each month, with consistent logging and routing.

In October alone, Michael Poole identified 53 valuation opportunities through SalesRook’s AI. Under RAN’s referral structure, off-patch leads that complete with another agent return 20% of the final commission to the originating branch—typically around £1,000 per completed sale on a £5,000 average commission.

How the AI Works

SalesRook’s platform engages buyers and sellers within 30 seconds via WhatsApp after they submit enquiries on portals such as Rightmove and Zoopla. The company reports up to 92% engagement rates, with the AI continuously probing for valuation, mortgage, and relocation signals that can be missed in manual workflows.

“It was when Rich Poole told us about their old referral log, 18 manual entries for the entire year, scribbled down when someone remembered,” said Richard Remington, Commercial Director at SalesRook. “Then we looked at what Elsie, their AI agent, had captured in the first few months: 52 off-patch opportunities, all with complete details. The information was always there in those conversations. We just built a system that never forgets to ask and never fails to log it.”

Pricing Model Removes Barriers

To ease adoption across the network, RAN will cover setup fees and monthly subscriptions for members. Agencies only pay for usage through a token-based model—typically between 50p and £1.50 per processed enquiry. This usage-based approach eliminates upfront risk and allows branches to scale AI capacity in line with demand and ROI.

A Digital Referral Marketplace

With all 90+ RAN members deploying AI that captures and routes off-patch opportunities, the partnership effectively creates a digital referral marketplace. The network-level impact could be significant:

  • If each member generates 100 off-patch referrals annually, that’s 9,000 qualified valuation opportunities circulating across the group.
  • At a 20% conversion rate, members would collectively share around 1,800 instructions—far beyond historic manual referral volumes.

RAN has mapped UK postcodes to each member agency. When SalesRook’s AI captures a postcode, it automatically routes the lead to the correct branch for that territory—eliminating manual lookups and reducing the risk of missed handoffs.

Launch Timeline

The partnership will be officially unveiled at the RAN Conference in London on 11 December 2025, where SalesRook will demo the technology and outline implementation options for attending members.
