Ossid introduces Reepack automatic tray sealer for high-output production to the US market
Ossid, a ProMach brand and a leader in sustainable tray packaging and related automated systems, is expanding its U.S. portfolio by bringing Reepack’s ReeMaster 700 NextGen Automatic Tray Sealer and the ReeForm E10 Thermoformer to the North American market. The rollout highlights the company’s aim to offer scalable, end-to-end packaging solutions that fit high-output production needs.
The public unveiling is planned around the 87th American Association of Meat Processors & Suppliers’ Exhibition, scheduled for July 9–11, 2026, at the Baird Center in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The ReeMaster 700 and ReeForm E10 will be featured in booth 655, showcasing capabilities for red meat and other protein processing environments.
ReeMaster 700 NextGen Automatic Tray Sealer
Built for medium- to large-scale fresh-food production, the ReeMaster 700 is designed to sustain continuous operation while protecting package integrity. It uses servo-driven indexing conveyors and side grippers to position trays with precision as they move into the die set for sealing. The system accepts a variety of packaging formats, including standard sealing, modified atmosphere packaging (MAP), and vacuum skin packaging (VSP), and is designed to integrate smoothly with downstream equipment for a streamlined production line.
