Five9 Unveils GenAI Studio to Revolutionize AI Customization in Contact Centers

In a significant move toward advancing generative artificial intelligence within the contact center industry, Five9 Inc. announced its latest innovation – the GenAI Studio. This groundbreaking product promises to streamline the adoption and customization of generative AI models for enhancing customer service experiences.

Slated for release in the latter half of the year, the GenAI Studio aims to simplify the customization of state-of-the-art generative AI models, such as OpenAI’s GPT-4.
