Rochester police searching for missing 9-year-old girl

She is described as standing about 5 feet 1 inch tall and weighing roughly 70 to 90 pounds. At the time she was last seen, she was wearing a black robe and a navy-blue bonnet. Police note that she has reportedly run away before and is familiar with moving around the Rochester area.
