  • Subcontractor readiness: Confirm scopes, documentation, access, and dependencies are locked before work starts, minimizing on-site friction.
  • Issue forecasting and escalation: Surface risks before they become blockers—design clarifications, procurement lead times, access constraints—and trigger fast decisions.
  • Progress visibility: Maintain crisp reporting on work fronts, delivery statuses, and blockers so stakeholders can act with confidence.
