There are still rough edges. Numbers, acronyms, and foreign words can sometimes default to English pronunciation when generating speech in another language. ElevenLabs suggests spelling out numbers and acronyms in the target language as a temporary workaround while it refines pronunciation models.

ElevenLabs reported more than $330 million in annual recurring revenue for 2025, a striking climb from the company’s early traction, when it crossed one million registered users within months of its January 2023 beta launch.
